DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery: £2.50, delivery aims to arrive within 5 working days. Your purchase will be dispatched 1st Class via Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We are delighted to fulfil overseas orders where local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Western Europe: £5.00 aims to be dispatched within 7 working days.
Rest of World: £9.00 aims to be dispatched within 10 working days.
BACK ORDERS
We strive for 100% in stock availability. But sometimes there can be a discrepancy, on those rare occasions, you will be emailed with the option of waiting or cancelling the order.
Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order.
Under all circumstances your card will not be charged until the goods are shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new lingerie or swimwear but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your items. We accept returns providing they are unused, in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Please ensure that briefs, thongs and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Full details of how to do so are included with your order. We have included space for you to tell us the reason for return, so we can improve our service to you. Further instructions on how to return or exchange are given below. Refunds will be made by original payment method.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Watermelon Maternity will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required. We will refund the amount due to you by the method of payment that was used at the time of purchase, excluding taxes, duties and delivery costs within 30 days from the date of notice of cancellation.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
2. Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Attach the sticky label provided on the despatch note/invoice to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:

4. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Always retain proof of postage.
5. We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

Legal Statements on Returns:
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Watermelon Maternity will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Watermelon Maternity on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
