ORDER ACCEPTENCE

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders.

LEGAL STATEMENTS ON RETURNS

We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Please ensure that briefs, thongs and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Full details on how to return goods are included with your order.

Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Watermelon Maternity will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Watermelon Maternity on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Watermelon Maternity shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. Please note, local import duties maybe payable on receipt.

All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.

All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
